“Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” - Brené Brown
Humans are hardwired for connection and community. It is a vital existential need. To be seen in our truth and to see others in theirs is one of the most potently healing and alchemizing human experiences. The power of “me too” is like water in the desert. -
NAHLA circles and coaching are confidential spaces to be safely seen and held. Active listening, compassion, non-judgement, and deep presence are paramount practices asked of all participants.
-
NAHLA was created as a space to express who you truly are, underneath the conditions of what the world has told you to be in order to receive love. We want all of your colours, textures and seasons. We understand we are all all things. All of you is welcome here.
We believe that radically, authentically expressed humans are happier, healthier and that they can help heal the world. -
NAHLA stands against playing small, and encourages the safe exploration of our self-made limits in order to step into our highest expressions and experience the full spectrum of who we are meant to be.
Pillars
NAHLA is built on four integral pillars and values.
They are laced into everything we do.
Mission Statement
To create safe spaces for those who identify as women to explore and express their authenticity; to foster growth and connection born of being deeply seen in our truth. To take this healing and go forth to help heal the world.
